52nd Association Croquet Carnival
21-27 Jul 2007
Port Macquarie Croquet Club

The gods were kind to us this year with almost perfect weather for the seven days of the carnival.

Forty two players competed in doubles blocks on the first day and then in round robin blocks for five days of singles.

As we had fourteen withdrawals, seven club members were able to play in the carnival. We also welcomed many of our log-time friends. The four social nights were a great success.

Thanks go to the carnival committee, who work so well together, and to the many club members for their help at the club and for bringing the delicious soups, cakes and slices. It was a real team effort.

Thanks also go to our sponsors: The Westport Club, Donovan Oates Hannaford, Country Energy, The Port Macquarie Hastings Council and Port Macquarie Travel.
