Many Associations make provision for a member to leave a bequest in his/her will. Croquet NSW Inc has been approached on this matter and these enquiries have led to the formulation of the following wording which is provided to assist you in the preparation of your estate plans and the writing of your will.

" I give to Croquet NSW Inc, an Association incorporated in the State of New South Wales - business number ABN 95 174213 987,

the sum of $ ______________________________ (or xx%, share, residue of my estate, etc)

which I direct to be paid free of all duties of whatever kind and I express the wish, but without imposing any trust or other obligation at law or in equity, that the sum be used to support sporting awards, traveling scholarships, etc or any other perceived need of the Association which will further the objectives of the Association as set down in Clauses 2.1 to 2.9 in the Constitution of Croquet NSW, and I express the wish that this be done in the name/memory of ________________________________________________. and I direct that

the receipt of the Secretary of Croquet NSW, shall be sufficient discharge to my trustees."
