CNSW meetings records the AGM, Board meetings and other administrative events.
Location: All events are held at Mackey Park unless otherwise stated.
Games per Day: The number of games each day will vary and may be specified on event details. Noting that:
AC events may be up to three games per day or 7 games over 2 days, and
GC events may be up to seven games per day.
Handicaps: AC Handicaps of 22 and 24 will be set to 20 and bisques, if appropriate, will be calculated on that basis.
Event Dates: These are indicative only. Final Dates will be determined by the entry numbers and circumstances. No Practice Dates are given for the AC/GC State Teams - teams are to organize these dates among themselves.
Tournament Entries: Entry for CNSW events is by on-line registration. If this is not possible for an individual then entries are accepted by emailing
showing the Event Name on the subject line with your Name, ACA ID number, Club, AHS Index and Handicap, Phone number and the Event Name and Event Code for the Event entered in the body of the email.
Entry Fee: The Entry Fee shown is the fee per player for singles events, and also per player for doubles events.
Payment: Payment is preferred by bank transfer to Croquet NSW, BSB 633 000, A/C number 170 559 793. Please show the Event Code and your name (or the name of your Club if Pennants) in the Description field, e.g. "ABS J SMITH" or "GCC SMITHVILLE". Alternatively payment can be made by depositing a cheque into the CNSW account by attending your nearest Bendigo bank branch. Please do not post cheques or pay on the day. Payment is to be made by the Wednesday before the event commences as CNSW has a policy of 'No Pay No Play'.
Club events are those to which players outside that club are invited.
Club competitions are events held within a club, such as club championships. Clubs should add these events so that they can be referenced in resulting handicap changes.
Inter-club events are competitions between two or more clubs. One of the participating clubs should add these events so that they can be referenced in resulting handicap changes.
Other events include any not in the above categories, including selected national and international events.
