Congratulations to the NSW State team on their win in the Eire Cup. The team of Claire Bassett, Ken Edwards, Rosemary Graham, Peter Landrebe, Tim Murphy, Stephen Richards, Alison Sharpe and Robbie Stock defeated every other state to win the Cup for the second year running. The win was not decided until the last two games against Victoria on the last day of competition, making it a very exciting finish. The Victorian team was the runner-up.

Congratulations also go to Jim Nicholls, who was runner-up in the Australian Men's Championships, and Rosemary Graham, runner-up in the Australian Women's Championships, in Tasmania. Jim, who is the NSW Bronze Medallist, was third in the Australian Gold Medal competition.

So if you are a Level 1 coaches who needs to be re-accredited and can attend one of these venues please let the host club and me know and I will try to fit you in.

Please note that whilst at Urunga I will have free time so any club north of Urunga who would like me visit please advise me soonest.

The Australian Golf Croquet Championships will be held in Sydney commencing 14th May, with play at Tempe, Sutherland, Port Hacking, Chatswood, Mosman, Killara and Cammeray. More... (Note - more referees are required)

Croquet NSW is marking the commencement of the CNSW year with a Gala Day at Tempe on February 11th. There will be games and activities from 10am. Cost for the day is $5, bring your own lunch. Please notify your club secretary if you are attending.

The CNSW Office will be closed from Tuesday afternoon 14th December, 2010 and re-open on Tuesday 11th January 2011.
